LRA’s Kony is objectiveless, Bashir his friend too, therefore less not bother ourselves with thier baseless plan on election prcess.
Am very optimistic that Kony will not do anything on the election day, perhape if his colleage in ICCs demand failed, which will be after the election results.
Thus SPLA need to play key role in security maitaince if Bashir failed.
