Sabir Ahmed al-Hassan al-Hassan is the former governor of the Central Bank of Sudan.

On 23 February 2012 al-Hassan replaced Awad al-Jaz as the chief of the National Congress Party’s (NCP) Economic Secretariat. He is a member of Sudan’s negotiating team with South Sudan on financial issues.
