If a problem is supposed to be solved that way, we would have not spent 21 years fighting against Sudan government, because, Nimeiri, Suwar Al Dahab, then Mahadi, finally Bashir offered amnesty to SPLA but the stand was one for negotiations till CPA was negotiated. Now Bashir is calling SPLA-N to lay their weapons down and come home but SPLA-N needs round table so is SPLA-IO.
