The UNMISS has saved thousands of lives of in South Sudan. Our political leaders should be careful not to rile up emotions among population against the UN. Has UNMISS been a perfect partner for GoSS? No. But it has performed its mandated mission. It should continue to be viewed as a partner rather than a western trojan horse out to effect regime change in South Sudan. Partners work things out.
