Why EU doesn’t take action? Unlike AU, it has all the necessary capabilities of intercepting Bashir’s plane in the air without warning no matter what day/hour he is traveling from/to Sudan. You can continue expressing concern as usual and Bashir can travel to any country of his choice because he knows there are no ICC police on his way in/out.
