Khartoum should use their wonderful diplomatic effort and convince the whole world this donation money is nothing but "initiative" for new war from the south against Sudan the same way they did it in Heglig!
Sudan has a good diplomatic methodology and convinced our African brothers leaders not to move Abyei issue to UNSC and they succeeded!
