This is ridiculous..The south shut down its oil production by its hands and closed the only source of food and money that can keep them alive and they thought Khartoum economy will collapse soon and Sudan will soon comply to their all conditions and will allow south oil to pass with only $1 or $2 maximum cost of transition fee and
