Since figutive Bashir usurped power in 1989, how many army officers did he purge? Did he do that in bad faith and cling to power as he is still doing? Go anywhere and you won’t miss reforms in the army, security sector, Govt. and civil service, etc. What is so sepcial about South Sudan that pains you if not selfish concerns? It is time SPLA and other forces be transformed and reformed.
