Kuol was already relieved from army since to 2005 if u dont know that then u are fools.. Kuol himself told the news when he was asked to be Defence Minster last time…he stated that he is not going back to army just only civilians job.. second, it is reform of nation to limit the army numbers..for burget ..but it is not those relieved are not good..but we know u are insane mind,@D.Dominate
