Please direct me to the source supporting your assertion that Sudan has two  times as much arable land as South Sudan. South Sudan has far more arable land than Sudan; arable in Sudan constitutes around 7.7% of its landmass; arable land in South Sudan hovers around 90-95% of its landmass. Do the math.
