I don’t believe it one bit for very simple reason, Khartoum has no history of releasing POW during and after war. so i guess they are playing innocent here. I’m sure they are giving up their former loyalist and pretending to have release POW. I don’t know whether those of Red Cross are aware of what they are doing.
