Dear Kuol Manyang, Beggers never get satisfy. Do not beg foreign companies to build roads for you. Use your budget to build your state roads. Human beings in Jonglei state are your assets. If you don’t build them foreigners will not do them for you. They want to invest where road network is well modified.
