This is a good move from the President. I can see some dim light coming from far end of the tunnel. What I would have praised more than anything about his decision to reshuffle the ministers would have been to see my President stepping on the podiom and announced it with a very strong voice telling the the people of South Sudan what the benefit of taking such action is going to be.Talk to us pleas
