Nuer Empire, you are absolutely right. I doubted that the President mean what he says. We have seen so much poor management in all the ministries in the government of South Sudan. Those jobless young men and women are "Technocrats." But does anyone sincerely believes that the president really care much about getting our nation up on it’s feet? those jobless are smart and are viewed as threats.
