Good job your excellency.and to reduce the govrnment expenses,I propose even some of the ministrial positions should be merged such as hight eduction with general education.
to provide equal delivery of services to citizens however, some of the ministries also needs to be moved to other states. these could also re-distribute population that concentrated in one place like Juba.
