This is long overdue. The call for lean government was made by many up-right think South Sudanese including Dr. Lam Akol a long time ago. Mr. President, it time you stopped accomodating your colleagues. South Sudanese need a government that delivers to the masses. Some ministries and commissions, I am not going to mention, are just duplicates. Reduce ministries & commissions, scap others.
