Egyptians are very maliciouse people. I hardly believe Egypt is doing anything to help South Sudan when it is itself so desparate for money from the West. How can you expect the stupid generator to expand to all SS? Isn’t this the same program in the 80s when SS needed to build a hydro power, egypt supplied SS with useless generators that had no fuel and were second hand?
