Ismael Konyi was in Pibor and held a long meeting predominantly in Murle, after the meeting, the men went the market where SPLA were patrolling and shot at them.. SPLA ordered Ismael Konyi not to leave until the agenda of meeting confirmed, UN came and took him to their camp.... more to come.
