He will handle Rumbek central, but im pretty sure no one will give a damn about his justice formula whatsoever among Rumbek East peers unless the man to the surprise of many people has radically changed behaviors. I heard Kiir briefed him of his own scandals of the past when it comes to insecurity and Rumbek East in particular. No one fear him there and a likely hot potato to end his rule quick
