One of the key topics that should be addressed is the issue of TERM LIMIT.
This needs to be added to the constitution. If this is not done, then South Sudan is doomed and is destined for tribal conflicts when one person or tribe rules forever. Those kinds of conflicts will destabilized the country when exploited by Arabs for their gains. South Sudan is still not out of the monster’s fangs.
