CPA was just another way Garang (and those who negotiated the CPA) captured South Sudan by their mouthes. Every inch you loose on the border will take you another 21 years of fierce fighting to get back. You ordered troops from Abyie to leave without fighting in 2008 and now it is hard to get back.
