It appears you are misinformed and misled into such an illusion. Internal conflicts are normal for a nation growth, not pointers to economic collapse as you falsely claimed. How about your conflicts, repressed oppositions, SPLA-N and Nubas and Darfuris undergoing slavery of the NCP? Are these people located in South Sudan? Your assumption will be met by your rude surprise if you attempt.
