Thanks Mr Akec for your well quoted article, in my view I think dictatorship, corruption and tribalism are the mains reasons ruined leadership and education systems in an Africa.
South Sudan is distance behind all African countries in tram of education and leadership as a result of the 54 years North marginalization before they gave us empty land one year ago as independent country.
