You seem to be acutely arrogant and ignorant of the fact that Luka Biong is neither a citizen of Sudan nor of South Sudan because the status of Abyei is not yet determined. However, the fact that Dr.Luka is SPLA veteran and also from Dinka tribe, which is not found anywhere eles, but within South Sudan, means he has ever right to name and shame the parasitic Arab regime that is robbing his land.
