Its indeed a 22 situation,disarming a huge rebel forces in both Kordufan and Blue can not be afforded by the SPLA in the South and SAF in Sudan for that matter,oil will never flow until SPLM/N is disarmed.What does all this imply?War!peace!!! haaaa its difficult to answer,but the two regimes will surely fall before 2015 mark my words.
