It should be a collective effort and responsibilities of all sides. Stop calling army (Any-nya)and bushy traumatized soldiers as he put it.All countries in Africa were liberated and they are united. Our army must be recognize as national army and respected. Diing incident is the first political motivated killed in South Sudan and should not be compare to any other crimes. RIP Diing.
