just try measure the enemity between various SS communities, eg, Dinka Vs Nuer ( may be XXXX% ), Dinka Vs Equatoria ( xxx% ),Nuer Vs Equatoria ( xx% ), Dinka Vs others (Shilluk, Fertit,Murle, etc, xx% ).as you can see, the degree of enemity is varying and wide and serious.more efforts need be put in starting and Sustaining amicable relationship, but it all depend on what type of governme we have!
