Governor Kuol M. told youths of Dinka Bor months ago, If you are still talking about 1991 incident, you are wasting yr time as youth. he told them that he was there in Bor during the war and fought on it. he went on of telling them that dont say you were not here during war even if you were here with us, you either be killed or ran for yr life.he conclude this is yr time our time almost done.
