How can someone why join the enemy/Khartoum during the bitter war become a presidency candidate. Unless the South is brainless.Weak heart people need scrutiny before being leaders other if border war come up they will run to Jallaba or abroad with the entire assets of South Sudan because he is not care. Machar must keep quit if he want to run for 2015. If SPLM allow then that is a chance for DC.
