You talked of John Garang’s vision of trying to liberate the marginalized Africans and contradictorily mixed it with self-determination.
On which basis did Garang’s vision want to liberate Africans. Was it to give them self-determination or was it to change the system in central government in the interest of the marginalized peripheries?
And at what point did self-determination become part of the vision. It was not there since 1983 until Dr. Riek and Dr. Lam championed it (...)
