I disagree with Khartoum NCP to give all powers to NISS for randomly arrest to Sudanese citizens in the country. I can say election will not be fair and free if that thing will happen as restriction of citizen. I encourage SPLM to strength themselves to fight for the right of all Sudanese in the country since NCP doesn’t want better understanding with his citizens. In addition to that, I concur with SPLM for 50%+1 to make 51% to win the referendum vote for 2011 and whatever NCP is saying is total destruction of CPA as the bite drum of War indirect.
