Career: Amin Hassan Omer is in charge of overseeing the implementation of the Darfur peace accord signed in 2011 between the government and the Liberation and Justice Movement (LJM).

On 23 February 2011 Omer to took over from Ibrahim Ahmed Omer as the head of the Culture and Intellect bureau in Sudan’s ruling National Congress Party (NCP).
