Name: Mangar Matoc Machar

Position: Lakes state’s military caretaker Governor Maj-Gen Matur Chut Dhuol removed Mangar Matoc Machar from his position as the commissioner of headquarters in February 2013. Lakes state’s minister of information and communication, Charles Badiri Mayen, was also removed in the same decree.

The military caretaker governor thanked both the outgoing minister and commissioner for their services to the people of Lakes state but no reason was given.
