Career: Abyei Chief Administrator, 30 Dec 2009 - 21 May 2011. Kuol replaced Arop Mayak Monytoc who himself replaced replaced Edward Lino.
Kuol was one of South Sudan’s nominees to the post of chief administrator for the position of chief administrator of Abyei in 2012.
