A family member of the victim told Sudan Tribune Wednesday that two armed men shot and killed police Sgt. Abdallah Abouh in front of his house in Al-Masani’ neighbourhood near the new power station in El-Fasher.

He added that the victim works at the police music department in North Darfur and father of three children, saying the authorities has yet to capture the perpetrators and reveal the motives behind the crime.

Last February, unidentified armed group killed 19 years old, Hayder Abdel-Rahman in El-Fasher while he was heading home from work.
