Press Release from the Balanda Community Association expressing regret over the killing of 26 civilians in Farrajallah in December 2012 and welcoming the Western Bahr el Ghazal cabinet’s decision to relocate the Wau County headquarters from Wau to Bagari, the home of the Balanda community.
