State officials, including the Governor and Minister of Information and Communication did not disclose the reason for the sacking.

Jonglei governor, Kuol Manyang Juuk, told Sudan Tribune from the state capital, Bor, that he was not willing to go public on the issue outside working hours. He explained that he felt the sacking of a minister was a matter “I don’t need to comment on”.

“I appointed her and I have relieved her, that is enough”, Manyang added.

Nyadak, who had served in office since 2010, making her one of the state’s longest serving ministers, said she did not know why she had been relieved of her post but continues to support the changes made by the state government.

May someone please ask the Governor: What is that the former minister had done so terrible that no one has ever committed in the world thst it has to be kept secret.
2ndly, there is nothing in democracy like ’I appointed her and I can remove her when I want’ because both of you are accountable to the public. The Governor need to convince the public of his decisions by giving reasons.

If you are just free to fire and hire without establishing strong reasons, then chances are that you can remove someone simply because he has refused to offer you a cup of tea.
I have seen women ministers across the states run after the Governors. Or perhaps, the other way round.
Qualifications, public interest, capacity, failure in running their duties is never the matter.

You are right Mr.Governor sir, your act falls within the context of the ruling elite guide principles of four freedoms under which you are given full powers to appoint or sack as you like, kill as you desire and loot public property as you wish. South Sudan is after all a private company owned by few group of people of your like with short sighted understanding of Human Rights principles.

Comrade Majongdit, I do agree with you by given fact that many ladies in South Sudan runing after governors and save them with cup of tea so that to get a position. but not because they have a small qualification to save the people.if you look all over S.Sudan the females Ministers are not qualified to run the Ministers, but in other way around the can be kept.so we can’t blame comrade Manyang.

Dear Colleagues, why do you ask for reasons for her relieved, if you are from Jonglei state, you should be aware about the mass this lady is created with her daughter who is also found working in KCB under the influnce of alochol. Good decision mr Governor, keep it up. You should remain with good Ministers, like Minister of Social Development. shame on Nyadak

To his honourable Kuol Manyang Juuk,
nothing like sacking a minister and keeping th reason to yourself. answer these question.
    1. was she working for you alone?
2.do you know the image which you are portraying?
3.do you know that the one you will insert in her place will do the same mistake if the public is not aware of the reason?
    4. have you ever been introduced to the laws?

    Dear all
anyone can do a mistake but first warning is done to transform from bad performance than just to sack without possible reason to convince her and Jonglei public for her un forgivable crime related to rule of country, she must first be accountable for all work she done and leave free without corruption charge against her later after leaving that post.to seal the secret of any crime sack her

Guys dont perpetuate none out of this.Kuol has stated it clearly that it will not add any ounce of goodness to the situation. Going public will not help anything but hurt Nyadak public image and her future career. This has been attested by the way she received it saying that she didnt know why she was sacked but remained supportive to the govt and the leadership.
