Letter addressed to South Sudanese President Salva Kiir and head of the UN Mission in South Sudan, Hilde Johnson on the outcomes of fact finding trip by Vice President Riek Machar to Lakes, Warrap and Unity State 21 February 2012.

Also includes a 20 February report detailing findings and recommendations on how to resolve the conflicts between the communities of the three states.
