Sudan’s NCP says it is prepared for ‘Plan B’ against the South

November 26, 2010 (KHARTOUM) – The leading member of north Sudan’s ruling National Congress Party (NCP), Salah Gosh, who is also the presidential adviser for security affairs, warned the semi-autonomous South of repercussions if it violates the 2005 Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).

Gosh fulminated against the ruling Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) in south Sudan, accusing it of being an organization which receives its orders from Washington.

The CPA is the 2005’s peace deal which ended decades of civil war between north and south Sudan. A key plank of the agreement is a referendum vote slated for January 2011 on whether south Sudan should remain united with the North or secede to form an independent state.

Registration for the vote began on November 15 amid reports of high turnout in the south and low in the north.

The NCP, which is campaigning for unity, blamed the south for the low turnout in the north while the south accused the north of intimidating voters to vote in favor of unity.

According to a report published on Thursday by the pro-government daily Akhir-Lahza, Gosh was addressing a public rally at Karima town in the Northern state when he accused the SPLM of refusing to sign agreements relating to post-referendum arrangements under the influence of the U.S.

The presidential adviser also claimed that the U.S. had asked the SPLM not to cede the central contested area of Abyei, saying that the Washington has “hijacked” the ex-Southern rebel group.

Another plebiscite should take place at the same time in January 2011 to determine whether the contested oil-producing area should remain in north Sudan or join the south if it decided to secede.

However, it is highly unlikely that the Abyei vote will take place as the North and South are in long-standing disagreement over who should be allowed to take part in the referendum.

Gosh warned that Abyei would remain part of the north whether through a bilateral agreement, the referendum or through war and peace.

The status of Abyei has been a contentious issue after the NCP rejected the report by the Abyei Boundaries Commission (ABC) established in accordance with the CPA.

Both sides eventually agreed to refer the case to the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) based in The Hague to determine whether ABC exceeded its mandate which was to delimit the area of the Nine Ngok Chiefdoms transferred to the administration of Kordofan province in 1905.

The PCA ceded key oilfields to North Sudan but gave the South most of the land including Abyei town which has huge areas of fertile land and one significant oilfield.

The NCP figure said that the SPLM was now executing “plan B” which aimed at establishing a state in the north and then besieging it with the crises of Darfur, Blue Nile and Southern Kordofan. He said that “plan A”, which failed, was to topple the NCP through the April elections.

Gosh said that the NCP was ready for its own “plan B” should the SPLM violate the CPA cautioning that the “battle smoke would cover the south and not the north.”

Salah Gosh even made an apathetic statement about south Sudan secession, saying that separation would not be evil and if it did happen, “we would turn to building the south and in that case, God will have removed the burden of developing and creating infrastructure in the south.”

What have you been doing for the last fifty years since Sudan’s independence that building the South now becomes the reason to keep in within a United Sudan? Whatever the case, it is good to be resigned to the fact that the South is gone to join the rest of free Africa.

Salah Gosh IS THE Master of Genocide

The above extremists has blood of innocent Darfurians and Southerners in their hands.

Salah Gosh is the main sponsor of Terror activities in the Horn OF Africa and middle East. his warning about NCP Plan B and so called ” Battle Smoke in South Sudan” is a clear evidence of NCP war plan

South Sudan should mobilize its “AIR DEFENSE SYSTEM” to destroy NCP outdated Antonov Soviet Aircrafts. Every southern Sudanese, Darfurians, Nubans and all marginalized Sudanese in the North must turn into Bullets to smoke-out NCP from Power.

All the Northern opposition parties must be prepared to over-through Al- Besir regime once and for all.

All Darfur Rebels must be ready stand with South Sudan.

Lord God will stand with South Sudan. the last drop of blood will end up in the street of Omdurman city/Khartoum.

Salah Gosh or Salah Ghost, you and your spiritual Osama Bin Ladin and other terrorist friends will do nothing to Southern Sudan. You and your terrorist group did not defeat SPLA during the 21 years of civil war leave alone now SPLA is a national army. Your plan B and your dream of covering Southern Sudan with smoke and that no war will reach North is lie. We know you would not be men enough to face the great SPLA on the ground and if you thinking of using your gunships and Antonine, then, South will not be sleeping for you. Prepareto be arefugee in Egypt if you will make it alive.

And mind you, if you have problem with Washigton, then why not join your spiritual father Osama. They will be very happy to you because you were one of them before but got frightened when Washington under Mr. George Bush but make no mistake Obama will not be any different then Bush.

If you are dreaming of destroying South Sudan and it’s people and build it after you have killed us all then you damn wrong dreamer. Try your luck Al Qaeda agent and if you not killed then will be caught and handed over to Washington mr.Al Qaeda.

“Victory is purchased with blood” Clausewitz wrote. When the Southerners signed the CPA, they had been mindful to the fact that, any agreement with the North is a tactic to buttress a military position in order to prepare themselves for the imminent “war to end wars of Sudan that they had been anticipating”. Which is now became clear like the sun of summer that every body feel its heat. The late Dr.Samson L.Kwaje once said “those who beat the drum of war should be ready to dance it”. The degenerate elements such as Salah Gosh are beating the drum of war, but they have to know that, this time the war they are seeking will throw them to the dust bin of the history. There can be no dignified peace and stability in Sudan unless and only unless the family of the genocidaire Gosh made to taste the experience of what it means to live as displaced person in your own Country depending on humanitarian assistances or as a refugee.

Salah Gosh whether you are wicked resemble to your name.Today i believed to the speech of the SPLM secretary general cde.Pagan Amum while saying as the war of mouth is still going on but remember Abyei belong to South. It’s true that you the Arabs are fighting with mouth as you said whether through belaterial, peace or war Abyei will remain to north.Let me assured you whether you are the brother of your false prophet Mohamed who decived the all Arabs world to moved in opposite direction from the rest of the world you will never, never succed in whatever you the Arabs are going to plan for even though upto plans y as you are still for preparation for plan b against the South.I remember when Bashir came to power he decieved his fellow muslim that he was going to deployed all his soldiers to every each under trees. And so that would mark to the end of what they called (nyor)but all in vain he failed to defeat nyor for almost 18years including 4 years of Sadiq Al mahadi which make the total of 21 years Africa longest conflict. Not only that when mr.Osman Taha was addressing his mujaidins in Kasala that they fought for 21years with the south but this time they will fight for 21days to liberate the south from split unless may be the new Mujaidin who never fought in the south but if it’s the same the group whose their hand being cut by the nyors let them come and the SPLA will cut out thiers remaining legs but i guess all these people are killed due to the fear that when they reached Khartoum no Mujaidin will come to fight.Hahahaha remember your weapons alone would not defeat the battle but the person behind the weapons will win.your welcome the Mundukuru.I know you are having warplanes but put into your mind that this time you are not going to fight with gorillas but with the government.I will stand firm by so saying that Abyei will be part of the South.

Southern Sudanese must ready themselves for a mother of all-out war between the North-South:
Iam extremely shocked to read the inflamatory statement made by degenerated and thuggish Salah al Gosh who said that the Battle smoke will cover South not North.

Our leaders and the people of Southern Sudan should take this inflamatory statement very seriously.

We must be fully prepared for every evil intention of this degenerated, of the degenerated scum of humanity Jallaba Arabs.
Indeed, these degenerated thugs are making these statements as the pretext to wage another bloody civil war against us in the South. An we must be fully prepared for an all-out war against this degenerated scum of humanity Jallaba Arabs. They have murdered millions of our people during the last war,and we must not allow that to happen.
President Kiir and our courageous military chief of staff Lt general James Hoi Mai should deploy all our combat forces near the North-South. And also our heavy artillery must be stationed at these locations for a possible mother of all-out war that will end large-scale shooting war between the North-South.
Folks, this criminal political organization So-called National Congress Party is the wicked political organization with out vision for the country.
Its vision is the vision of killing people.
The criminal National Congress Party must understand that you cannot instill sense of political discipline in the people by killing them. Violence is not a solution to the problem, but it aggravates the problem.

Folks, we must not buy into odious and fabricated lies propagated by these thuggish people that South Sudan will be another Somalia.
This stomach-turning and destabilizing message of Somalization of Southern Sudan will never happen. We, the people of Southern Sudan are fully prepared to tackle all these eventualities should they occure and are fully prepared to eradicate them.
After many days of soul-searching contemplation of twenty-two years of civil war that have killed millions, affected the lives of millions, and displacing millions of our people to the neighboring countries, I have concluded with out a shadow of the doubt that Sudan is the country ruined by ruthless militarization of politics.
So, please do not lose your determined hope. Folks, the waves of aerial bombardments of innocent and peace-loving civilians in the Northern Bhar- el- Ghazal state of Aweil are clear manifestations that the Criminal National Congress Party is working assiduously 24/7 to turn our magnificently great region and would-be a democratic, parliamentary and God-fearing christian nation-state of Southern Sudan into a lawless and anarchistic pariah Somalia-like country. We must resist and condemn in the strongest terms possible those who want to destroy our beloved region and would-be a newly-formed christian nation-state of Southern Sudan.
Finally and last, but not certainly the least, May almighty God creator of heaven and earth bless the long-suffering people of Southern Sudan who have been humiliated beyond believe by various brutal, murderous, philosophical bankrupt, and fatalistic Islamic regimes that have come and gone in Khartoum.
The writer of his comment is John Atem: He is the orphaned son of late Jungle-martyred freedom fighter who wishes the people of Southern Sudan a successful, credible and transparent Self-determination Referendum.

NCP are running out of ideas, what unity he was campaigning for when he knew very well people who will vote for it are in south? Is it our mistake they didn’t make unity attractive for last six years? or they just want us to remain second class citizen forever? He should know this time war will not be in south as it used to be for last 50 years. We have plan C and D too.

so NO amount of threats will ever scare us! infact we are better off than we used to be.smoke will out in Khartoum, not Juba! even if you bring all the artilleries of the Arab League, you either lose or the game is draw.
we are bidding you off, bye bye.

Salah Gosh don’t point your finger upon SPLM, I know that you are worry about how to get bread after referendum but the war that you are signaling, is going to be different than it used to be before, put in your mind that soon you will be a refugee in Saudi Arabia. Enough, enough, enough for propaganda of war, you can’t do anything for your plan B.
