Dear South Sudan citizens,
first of all I want to extend my sympathy for those whom their love one have been killed in the Wandoruba-Lainya attack. I’m really so deeply trouble for what happened Dr. Kwaje. I thank Minister Gier for taking swift action to crack down on those allegededly attacked Dr. Kwaje’s car during his tour in both counties. Please, Mr. Gier continue with your men hunt and bring them to justice.
South Sudan fellow brothers and sisters, it is out rageous to always hear many of us preaching in the language of hatred malice; what is that all about? Are we really in our senses? Can listen to ourselves talking? This is quite stunning to me to read comments made by us on Sudan Tribune.
I do not understand what those folks with low child mentality will benefit from instigating the health of peace in South Sudan.
South sudan is not a land for one particular ethnic group, it is belong to all of us regardless of your demographic background. Our approach and the kind of assertion we are using here on Sudan Tribune is toxic, and will poison us.
I do not care what tribe you belong to; we are South Sudanese brothers and sisters and we should behave like one. Why do not we forget about the past and think about the future, the future of our children.
Being on this website is an indicator that we are educated, but we are depreciating or degrading ourselves in the way we express our frustration, and anger over issues that are baffling us in South Sudan.
Pointing fingers will not bring any good to any single citizen of South Sudan. It is not aceptable, there is no place for hatred. Please let’s not act like little kids. Lets grow up. I do not care if you Nuer, Dinka, Shilluk, Anyauk, Murle, Equatorian etc.
We need to look back 21 years from now, and think about what that tell us. What does bringing South Sudan to peace and independent to do with Dinka, Nuer, Shilluk, and so forth? It is politically insane and unacceptable to intentionally talk hatred when our nation is at the period of recovery.
Each an everyone of us is requires to do abit to bring all these "tribal" things to an end; no one else will to bail us out, it us to do that, and must begin now. Lets stop being idiot, and being manipulated by evil doers. Please, we need to refrain from evcouraging tribalism.
I understand how some of us feel when something bad happens, but our negative reaction is not the way to go brothers. Lets serious consider what our benefit is going to be or not going to be.
What we need to understand is that, there is always natural repercussion for all kinds of behavior displayed. It is very recondite to me what is really going on in our mind. There is redundancy in the way we potray tribal issues in our nation.
It is something we should relinquish, and come together in peace and unity, to love and protect one another instead of "hate." Please we are selling ourselves to the world, and once that happened, we shall ever be considered people who can not govern themselves. It is a shame for us to let that happen in our time my dear brothers and sisters.
I thought we are an agent of change. I still believe that we are agent of peace and unity; it is never too late reverse for the better. Please lets regain our conscience, and lets epeak in the tonguse of love, peace and unity.
I understand there are differences, but must work together to address our concerns regarding those ditinctions that we have in us as difference communities but one nation.
I’m just being troubled by what I hear, read, and see happening all the times. It is not going to take use anywhere good, but to the river of hot water. Please, rethink about what you may be doing that could be a potential destruction of something good to our nation. (peace, and Love) God bless South Sudan, and South Sudanese.
Thank you.
Peter Nhiany.
