September 17, 2009 (JUBA) – Southern Sudan Military Intelligence have
determined that the Lord’s Resistance Army leader is moving toward
Chad, according to the Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA)
Spokesperson Major General Kuol Diem Kuol. He further affirmed that
the LRA has now become powerless.

Maj. Gen. Kuol announced this on Wednesday night, claiming that Joseph
Kony and his deputy are moving toward Darfur and that an attack is
expected in Western Bahr El Ghazal.

Over 80,000 people have fled from their homes in Western Equatoria and
Central Equatoria this year, according to a report released this month
by the World Health Organization. The LRA guerrillas are implicated
in a recent wave of massacres and killings in DRC, Sudan and CAR, with
upwards of 1,000 killed since December 2008.

Ugandan army forces are pursuing LRA in the Central African Republic,
according to recent media reports.

Kuol noted that particularly in Tumburia County of Western Equatoria
on September 11, 2009, SPLA military intelligence found fresh
footprints of the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) from Central African
Republic heading toward Raja County of Western Bahr-El-Ghazal state.
"According to the intelligence we have, LRA leader Joseph Kony and his
deputy Okot Ozimo, they are heading toward Darfur; some of his forces
will remain in DRC and some of the troops’ lives have become difficult
for Kony to operate in Southern Sudan."

He went on to insinuate that paramilitary forces aligned with the
Government of Sudan would orchestrate a military action or threat that
would allow Kony to escape: "For Mr. Kony to move away from South
Sudan, the National Congress Party (NCP) in Darfur are now threatening
our forces in the North of Raja County in such a places like Timza,
Karita, and Kitkit … – there is a big threat that Murahileen militias
are threatening our forces of SPLA and the objective of NCP behind
this threat is to let Joseph Kony with his deputy move freely to reach
Darfur and then to Chad without facing a military offensive."

"All our forces in Raja area… are now put on maximum alert," affirmed
Kuol. "I want to make use of your Sudan Tribune media to inform our
civilians not to be surprised by this notorious LRA attack," he
concluded.

Ha ha sound funny when I heard you informing people not to panic about this notorious lRA, it ‘s because the attack didn’t reach your real heart or because you people, you don’t care about someone’s life only food and money is what you value . It true that a monkey addicted to jungle life has never contributed positively to the environment. This is the same to your dinkas government

      Logic,

It is not too late for you to follow Mr.Kony with his team heading to where they get their support. If you remain in the south where shall you get your support since whole part of South Sudan is infested by Dinka as you called it.

Well done SPLA be always on alert don’t allow even a single chance to let those monks cross to south Sudan again.

We don’t want LRA is the south for any reason. The NCP use them against us for long time. Now they are moving to Darfur because the SPLA have an attention on them since south-north had been put to rest for now. Darfur people have to be strong in that region.

      Dear Mr Gatjang,

I agree with you my dear. LRA have been disturbing our civilians a lot in Southern Sudan. So, if they moved, then it is fine indeed and I appreciate it so much. Second, as you said that the "NCP use them against us for long time", it is true. LRA have mutilated and carried indirect killing to our Southern Sudanese people in so many years.

Thank you for your point of view.

I think South Sudan Military and Intelligence are two words that do no go toghether :) . Firstly how the hell can this fool say they’re powerless if South Sudan, Uganda and the DRC couldn’t beat them earlier in the year. Secondly why the hell would they move into terrain that is completely different to what they were fighting in for the last 20 years when military engagements will be much harder and they can be easily spotted unlike jungle terrain.

This exactly proves why this SPLA could never make a single incursion into North Sudan during the civil war because they’re so,so dumb.

Garang death wasn’t dramatic, it was a plan before he was born, and well known by SPLA fighters. When He left Uganda, he knew he was going to die, please go to BBC and watch the video.

Also God wants him to be remembered froever that’s why He doesn’t want to involve him in these series of corruption.

So what’s happening down there in Khartoum? a lot of corruptions but u turn blind eye on them. During ICC arrest warrant, millions of dollars was issued to individuals to compaign around the world, whose money is that being used for personal security?

SPLA in Southern Sudan must deal with LRA of Uganda.

Mr, Joseph Kony and his Idiot OKot must be capture or kill them because they have killed hundred of thounsands in Southern Sudanese innocents people. Mr, Joseph Kony is a friend of Dr, Riak Machar Teny and that why he gave him 10,000 dollars to Joseph Kony’s movement just to keep his friendship going while LRA are still killing people in Southern Sudan. I had never seen or hear a moevement leader that had left his Country not to fights for what he moved a way from his government, this Joseph Kony and his Okot have no reason for moving a way in her Country Uganda otherwise, they couldn’t attach Southern Sudanese Communities. I would like to tell all the SPLA Cdrs to let their SPLA bravers to returning some thousand of the SPLA Forces like they were before during the struggle so that they can deal with those Uganda Rebels and other armies Tribes in Southern Sudan.

The SPLA Cdrs must not forget that, the LRA of Uganda still have relationship with SAF despite the South-North conflicts therefore, this is a political war clearly, this Omar Hassan al Bashir government is backing Uganda Rebels in order to make destruction in Southern Sudan and must be handle very effectiveness ways from those smarters intelligents of the SPLA Cdrs. Both Omar al Bashir government and the Uganda Rebels LRA are lossing for good and they try to undermind others human in these two Countries Uganda and Sudan. The SPLA Cdrs generals must also call for some thousands of youngs Southern Sudanese people to atten training, because there are too many enemies in Southern Sudan and it need to be clear in the Bushes around Southern Sudan land and must be done this program sooner than later. Many Southern Sudanese are very concerns about insecurity living with Southern Sudanese Communities so why the SPLA Cdrs don’t show their works in order to secures its Southern Sudanese citizens.? In addition to that, we have learn early that, the SPLM was been accused for corruption of mishandle the Southern Sudan fund instead those funds should be use to equiping the SPLA and others need care at most. If the SPLA still haven’t got fully equipment yet for five years in GOSS then, the blame will probably go to the SPLM and it will also prove their accusation as a true statement. Any way my message it goes to the SPLA Cdrs, I want them to let the SPLA return to their duties as it is and the SPLA Cdrs must need to calls additional thousands young training and they must be equip proper to clear those who made Southern Sudan to be their home Rebels.

Everyone missed an important point in the statement herein:

‘What happened to Garang?” That is a reactive question by this "cyber-terrorist and NIF Cyber-agent" called O Shit or O Shia.

Is it a “confessional statement by a cyber-terrorist and NIF Cyber-agent of what took Garang`s live?”.

Curious to give it a thoughtful moment when I read it but anyone may apply his or her own instinct and intuition to make sense of it.

Oh, hold on a minute, Mr/s. O Shit or O Shia, your question makes sense but you will never achieve anything regardless of your ill-fated strategies.

Mr/s. O Shit or O Shia, people of South Sudan are fed up and don’t expect any other temptations in dealing with you in the North, no matter whatever and wherever our destiny will take us, we will triumphantly march to freedom during the mid of a day, perhaps, before 2011.

Let me simply state to you. You `re extremely wasting your time on this website; that is the only simple piece of advice I would give you.

Back to garang case, Dr John wasn’t killed in battle field as it happened to shab sha dien. It was copter crash. Oshay, if it is man to man battlefield, saf was not be able to stand SPLA but with air support saf with be able to fight without winning rebel period. It’s good for SPLA also to monitoring LRA movement from CAR to Northern part of Sudan and provide better protection to civilians in the areas they are passing now. We don’t want LRA leader to be present in South Sudan than to join his collages Omer Bashir since two of them are most wanted by ICC.
For the case of anti-Dinkas, you have nothing to do with Dinkas than to bark on them because I told you last week, crowning of frog can not prevent animal from drinking water meaning your barking or stupid comments in website can not stop Dinkas from what they are doing in the South. My advice to Dinkas boys is that; don’t use an explosive device to kill flies which has site on your sweater than to use others simple thing to remove it out. Last, I really appreciate SPLA security for the good job and encourage them to continues monitoring situation in the borders they will cross to Dafur and I’m very sure JEM leader will take proper care on their useless operation against civilian.

Politically, Eastern Sudan is counted as Northern Sudan. If so, then SPLA has liberated more than quarter percent and has just to move South-wards to 1956 North-South border as one of the CPA fulfilment.

Major General Thomas Chirillo once raised New Sudan’s Flag over Kassala’s Administrative Headquarters and it could be in the NIF’ dictionary if not deleted as they did to the "Entry of Arabs to Sudan" now "Entry of people to Sudan between 11th to 16 Centuries" according to NIF history. This was the 2nd time for Kassal to fall into the hands of African Sudanese gallant forces after 1865 uprising and who knows the 3rd fall might be on the way. The reason I did not mention Kurmuk, Gissan and many strategic towns/cities in Southern Kordofan is that they were the bases where SPLA moves northwards.

The existence of New Sudan is a victory to evrything including the modern and ancent history of New and Old Sudans. Racist Arab and Sectarian Oppressors in the north can delete history, but will not be able to delete that in New Sudan.

I was wondering why this guy always comment like he is not one of the southern Sudan at all, i just knew him today that he was hiding among us like a southerner, but he is not he just want to divide between us.

This guy is portending as he is from one of southern Sudan tribe, who doesn’t like Dinka tribe and that for the purpose to divide between south tribes to fight each others, but he is lying we won’t fight against each others again as they are predicting, as we knew him from today, let us be caution against each other, because there are damn stinky people like Oshay, as we realized his comment for south Sudan referendum bill about southerners who live in the North votes, he said if they vote against the unity they will be told to park their things to the hell south, he is very stupid spay to reveal him self.

From now to further i won’t believe him as a southerner, instead of his quoting before that he is a southerner, i knew he was lying to us for the reason he was doing.
