  If you think military solution to the conflict is the answer, you are leaving to be humiliated like your friends in the middle east and Asia(Saddam Hussein and Mullas in Afghanistan).

  Sudanese president Omar Al-Bashir was hundred percent correct when describing the behaviour of the so-called Western countries and USA toward the people of underdeveloped countries as immoral! As governments of those countries have no moral concern whatsoever about black people wherever they live on this planet! Whether in the third World countries or in the so-called developed countries!

  The agendas of Western countries in our war ragged Africa are far from what they hypocritically term as human right promotion in that part of the world! thus anyone who understands politics she/he should be aware that the main objectives of Western intervention into the affairs of our underdeveloped countries are simply meant for the controlling or domineering of our resources and to make sure that we are not progressing like we should be! As they do not want the people of underdeveloped countries to develop and become thrive like them! Because if we become like them their business will ruin as no one will buy their commodities, therefore, they want us to remain behind like that unless we liberate ourselves from their slavery by stopping our reliance on them to solve our problems, to feed us and to dictate our will and decisions!

  Westerners are only happy to see us at war with each another as that is the time when their businesses flourish! They are only proud to refer to our countries as third world and developing or undeveloped countries! They also like to remind us about colonisation and slavery too as they make them look superiors to us!

  To cut a very long short; Western governments do not become happy except only when they see us in crisis of starvations, and disease epidemics! They like only to talk about HIV/AIDS epidemic and how much it is destroying Africa or any other underdeveloped country and without any sympathy to give support to them! Even when they try to help, they only send their unqualified expatriates to help us during our natural and man-made disasters!

  To be realistic about their hypocritical claims that they are caring about us, why are they spending billions of dollars exploring other planets (e.g. red planet) and why are wasting money exploring space! Why are they spending billions of dollars financing unnecessary wars such as that of Iraq and Afghanistan while intentionally allowing their human fellows of the underdeveloped countries to die with hunger and treatable disease such as food or water born microbial diseases! If they care enough about us, why are they not doing enough to curb poverty, HIV/AIDS and Marilia that are killing thousands of people of underdeveloped countries everyday than to encourage people to fight unnecessary wars that are preventing development and self-reliance of African counties!

  Why are they allowing or encouraging wars in the third world country countries instead of endorsing or promoting peace and tranquillity there given to the fact that poverty and spread of diseases including HIV/AIDS are direct consequences of wars! The simplest answer one can give is that they don’t care about us!

  Our fate in Africa will be just like what USA has done to people of Latin America (South America) and the Caribbean! When USA used to allow pro-USA dictators from those Countries to rule, torture, abuse or violate human rights and kill their people without any Condemnation from USA as long as those dictators agreed to promote American interests in their countries!

  The civil war in Sudan started during Dictator Gaafar Nimeiry’s regime! Why USA and Western counties were backing up Gaafar Nimeiry and not SPLA/M by then? Well, simply because by then Gaafar Nimeiry was promoting their businesses, as he was purchasing armies and other military and civil commodities from them! Also Gaafar Nimeiry used to claim that he was fighting communist gorilla that wants to turn Sudan into a communist country given to relationship between SPLA’s Garang and the former Ethiopian president Mangisto with the ex-Soviet union regime! What happened when Soviet Union was dissolved? well,
  America and the West started to hook-up with the same SPLA/M under the headship of the same Garang! So, what was new?
  As one USA’s CIA agent said: “Sometimes you can change things to the worst as long as they protect your interest”.

  Thus,if we Africans will not stop dependence on West to solve our problems we will never achieve any progress whatsoever and forever!! As western countries aim is only to control Africans’ wealth! They want us to keep ourselves busy killing one another so that we will not have time to think of other important things such as development!

  They always want us to be behind the world and forever! They don’t like us some as some ignorant individuals may think! I mean all of us! it doesn’t matter weather you are Christian or Muslim it makes no different to them as long as you are black!

  We the people of Africa must reckon that westerns are happy seeing our countries urbanized! As they want us to relay on them forever!

  I love people of Darfur very dearly but I would like to advice them that Westerns do not really care about you in the same way they don’t care about any black man! Their two-faced empathy for you is aimed to further their agendas in our country!

  Let there be peace in Sudan so that we can sit and settleas our problems or differences as Sudanese! We fought a two decade war in South that killed 2 million people BUT at the end it didn’t solve the problem! Until both side realised that negotiation is more effective than war!

  I can’t deny that there were injustice and inequality previousily in Sudan! But now if our brothers from North have come to understand that injustice and marginalisation of other Sudanese have to be put to end in order to rescue the country from fragmentation or what I can call Somaliasation of Sudan! I believe it is good to grasp that chance for the interest of unhappy or miserable people and our war ragged countries which is roomy for all of us if we understand ourselves!

  Let there be no more war in Sudan as we the laypeople of Sudan had enough of wars! who can assume victory by killing his own people! No one was victorious in those wars neither SPLA/M nor the Sudan government I believe!So, let us stop reminding ourselves about that dirty past! and let look for the way forward for sake of the Sudanese generations to come!

    Nobody wants war. The people of Sudan do not want war. The war comes when criminals like Bashir and his cronies start stealing our resources and freedom. The Darfur people never initiated war. The only thing they did was asking for their rights in their own home. So what is the reason for raping women and children in Darfur. It is not the western countries that are doing this.Bashir has no morals or values to exprort except terror

  Dear Thourmuck, It’s any hard to discern who you are? You are either a jallaba claiming to be from Nasir or a pro Tangiya militiaman who is thirsty of South Sudanese blood!.
  Your previous articles were in support of your God father("Homar al Ba-shit") or against the SPLM/A & GOSS, but that can’t silent patriotic South Sudanese to come out and tell the truth because a fellow Junubi from Nasir residing thousands of miles away in the UK is standing firm behind his master in Khartoum.
  My question to Thourmuck is that what is the connection of Darfur foreign intervention and the last war in South Sudan?
  Do you and Bashir beleive that the war was fought by foreigners in the South and now we are European converts in Nasir and not Naath anymore? In opinion and of any patriotic South Sudan, the war was fought by us and we are still African ethnic tribes and nothing will ever change a black man to be A kawaja or a jallaba!.
  I don’t care about western values and morals but more about South Sudan. stability.

      Thanks for your wonderful feedback. Am not going reply to your latter comments because it will look as if we are going to exchange our views which i believe can never come into an agreement anytime soon.

      Although i’ve said that, i would like to point out overly to the audience of this internet site that am neither for Unity nor disintegration of Sudan but for Social justice to South Sudanese.

      My point here is that i do not hate anyone, be it Jallba or people like my bro Thourmuck, but we only differ ideologically but that is healthy in politics because we disagree to agree if you have important points to change my views.   Ok! since there seems to be a serious case of short-sightedness in our leaders, this is what I’m going to go by:

  I think the phrase "one man’s meat is another’s poison" comes into play here. Just because we have failed to accept/recognise another’s way of life doesn’t necessarily mean the other is "dead wrong" and you are absolutely right/ correct. We should all know that our ideologies and mind-sets are shaped by a number of things; traditional practices, religion, and even the environment amongst other factors. Therefore if we condemn a community for what they believe in, then we should know that what ever we are saying is guaranteed to fall on deaf-ears.

  Back to the president’s comments. I personally think he is rigid in his thinking(because of his beliefs and his environment) And I know that whatever I’ll say will fall on deaf ears, except for people who come from my background.

  Ethics is also subjected to shaping by once religion, beliefs and norms in one’s surrounding, should I say that Mr. President is ignorant of this? May be......not, he is probably acting dumb so that he can walk away with it. I think he is playing stupid, when in reality he knows what’s happening. He is holding his cards close to his heart, and the "pawns" ready to be sacrificed.

  May be I should blame his religion, because it taught him that there are only two kinds of human beings; Muslim faithfulls and Pagans(regardless of whether or not you’re born again christian), Hindu monk, or catholic Nun, You will never be on thesame level unless you convert to Islam. Now if you are brought up with such mentality, honestly asking you.........how do you live with others(who are still seen as slaves)and equally share the "national cake".

  Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that the western world has good morals, I’m just saying that they give people democratic space to air their views and in that - the all citizens have the right to criticize or commend the work of the government. Do I see that in Sudan? not in this life-time!!!!!

  What the western world will see in terms of export from Sudan apart from slavery & related human traffic offences, hatred, Cotton,......they’ll see terrorism. I’m not saying that the world is a fair place, but hey if everyone in the world was told to vote for or against the president of Sudan, it will be a resounding lanslide voting against him. And that is as fair as the world can get Mr. Bashir!!!!!!

  Your ethics apply only to you and unfortunately(temporarily)to those under your rule, but you are aging, time has a way of working into your system, time will always win against you.!!!!!!!!!!

  Living in Chicago, USA I do not pretend to know what life is like in Sudan. However, since most of you reading this article have never been to Chicago, I suspect you have no idea what it’s like here in the USA.

  US leaders are not great leaders, but at least they don’t encourage their citizens to execute someone over a misunderstanding involving a teddy bear. Many Muslim countries profess to have superior morals. But Sudan’s own President Omar al-Bashir advocates the irradiation (destruction) of western powers. This is an attitude of a war monger. And as a citizen under George Bush, I know what it means to call someone a war monger. Not only is Sudan’s president a war monger, but so are his followers.

  I cannot overstate how outrageous it is to kill someone because they allowed children to name a toy Muhammad. Superior morals?!? I call this superior craziness. This incident illustrates how intolerant Islam really is. All Muslims seem to want to do is kill those who either offend them or do not follow their faith.

  It’s Islamic attitudes like those displayed over this toy that convince me that world peace will never ever happen. After all, in Islam if people are willing to kill instead of forgive over such a small matter, than a common understanding that crosses cultures will never be possible. If you want blood in exchange for your current economic state, instead of killing educators, look towards your corrupt leaders.
