IGAD peace envoy to arrive in Sudan 11 November, radio

KHARTOUM, Nov. 10, 2003 — The IGAD [Inter-Governmental Authority on Development] special envoy to Sudanese peace talks, Lazarus Sumbeiywo, will arrive in Khartoum tomorrow Tuesday [11 November 03] to conceptualize on arrangement of the forthcoming round of talks of the peace negotiations which will begin on 30th of this month in Naivasha, Kenya.

The minister of external relations, Dr Mustafa Uthman Isma’il, said the IGAD peace envoy will hold talks with the first vice- president, and the presidential advisor on peace affairs.
