February 8, 2011 (WASHINGTON) – The United States described as "false" media reports that it has agreed on freezing the indictment of Sudanese president Omer Hassan Al-Bashir by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

The Financial Times said last week that France and the US agreed to this at the African Union (AU) summit held late January in Addis Ababa.

Bashir was charged by the Hague tribunal in March 2009 for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity and in July 2010 on counts of genocide in Sudan’s western region of Darfur.

The AU has demanded that the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) invoke Article 16 of the ICC Statute and suspend Bashir’s prosecution for an initial period of 12-months that can be renewed indefinitely.

While Western nations initially considered the request to use as an added leverage on Bashir with regard to the South Sudan referendum, the idea quickly died primarily for fear of angry reaction from human rights groups.

A number of unidentified western diplomats told the Financial Times that the idea of deferral has resurfaced at the AU summit because they believe that strong incentives are needed to ensure Khartoum does not derail the final stages of peace with the south and commits itself to ending a separate conflict in Darfur.

But U.S. State Department Spokesman Philip J. Crowley said on Monday that no discussion took place at the AU summit.

"Our delegation in Addis Ababa, led by Deputy Secretary Steinberg, had no such discussion," he said.

Well, the law is law. There are many problems waiting Omar al Bashir to answer including war crime and crimes against humanity.Genocide was truly happen in Sudan no matter how good the result of Southern Sudanese referendum came out positively still law will not change thing from Bashir’s indictment. Omar al Bashir have been trying to fraudes in the last April of Sudanese election and he did so in order to shown world that, Sudanese people are still like him so that, he can get away with indictment from the ICC Judges and it did not work for him.

Law has nothing to attach with politics issue and I think it would make no sense at all if the ICC Judges wrongful forgiven him to get away with blood in his hand for killing none Arab people in the Sudan. First of all, I think the world politicians people must be careful enough for what they says, in the air. To deferring warrant from Omar al Bashir will be like the people were just joking about law to make indictment to Omar al Bashir and will bring a lots of problems to Western nations and I wish no one want such confusion to happen in this 21st century.

Omar al Bashir is trying to put pictures to the International communities and the rest of the world, on the other hand also he is refusing to go to Court this is just a way of buying time from the world’s body, but what matter most is the innocents people who apparently dies under his rules in the Sudan and if anyone say, Omar al Bashir will be forgiven with these crimes then, that person will be judge by God.

For the Abyei issue, everyone knows in Sudan that, the Former president Mohammed al Ja’afar Numaryri had transferred Abyei District to Central Sudan region with no any other tribe being taken there, but only Dinka Ngok chiefdom and now Omar al Bashir did not even want to tell the truth to his tribe Misseriya that, Abyei District is official belong to Dinka Ngok, those Arab arms tribe who always claiming were just movable from place to place with their animals for grazing land and seeking water in Southern Sudan. The more Bashir still leading North Sudan the more problems will getting complicate and will soon happen in the borders areas mark that word please.

      Hi Gatwech:

Some of the prophecies are very delicate to touch and please, mind your own business lecturing them.

Guess what, President Salva Kiir almost refused to go to Khartoum during the referendum results announcement fearing that he would be “Slapped in the face.” Someone blown to his ears one of the Ngundeng’s messages wrongly. This is not good for those who are terrifying the President. If you looked at him beside Omer, he is standing as if was floating in the vacuum or feet in the air. We wanted our president to normally carrying on his daily duty to the maximum.

Salva Kiir is one the good leaders and that is why God blessed him to witness this day. Regardless of Ngundeng prophecies none of us is immortal in this world and it is just a matter of time we will die anyhow. I can’t wish him bad lucks but wished him good governance with fairness, zero corruption, zero favouritism, zero tribalism and human right respect.

        Nyachebe

Corruption, favouritism, and ribalism are the main things to be watch!

For those who are still using Ngundeng ideologically, please be inform! Ngundeng had shameful things to be said about him. First,

He was not a Prophet but a profit to his royalist in Nuer.
He had many names according to his activities in many parts of South Sudan.
He was a Cannibal animal according to Nuer man who doesn’t need to be mentioned
His first name was Ngundeng-meaning that he was send by God.
After he gone wild and ran away.
His name changed to be Gatluakmanguel in Nuer dialect.
He ate many Nuer men and women in Nuer Land
Dinka. His name was Manyang e Juet.
He ate many children, animal claviers and cows’s bulls in Dinka Land.
Equatoria with different languages including English and Arabic
        His name was Tiger

The Nuer man who refused to be target by Ngundeng’s salves pointed out that. Ngundeng had no father or mother but the Devil who came out in the River Nile in a form of fish, when the Nuer boys want for fishing. They fish for so many hours and they caught nothing, when the boys get tied and ready to go back home. One of them told other guys that there was a fish ate his hook lastly, the boy convinced other friends to tried one more time! Shortly after he putted on snail body on the hook, he had thrown it into Nile River. Immediately, Ngundeng was caught. The boy was attempting to pull the Fish Ngundeng out in the river but it was difficult for him to do so, then he called his associates to pull Ngundeng on the shore. They brought it out and they were smile some of them were told to go and collect firewood in order for the young men to roast their fish.
Unfortunately! The Fish Ngundeng changed into big snake! And the boys ran away from it, the boys thought that they were dreaming and they came back for the second times. The Snake Ngundeng light it body and become bright as well as electricity light. They ran home and they spread the news to the community, when the Nuer elders came to the place where Ngundeng was pulled. It was still there as snake with it light. People gather together around it and started asking question how did this happen? The Snake Ngundeng changed into human being and told people not to run away. All of them were shocking and scary to death except Human Ngundeng who perform such witchcraft. things "Come down, come down now!" The Human Ngundeng said. Who are you? The Nuer elders asked him. I am Nyajok_ which mean woman devil! The Human Ngundeng answer! She knew her own physical appearance as she is a hermaphrodite. (A person with both the organs of a man and a woman) Wow! Brothers and sisters of Nuer I am sorry for your Profit. Nyajok Ngundeng was not a Prohet? It was your profit to cheat people for his power but It was not a Prophet? It was a Satan?

Cie liel du dem e mac!

Who told the AU that the ICC defers Bashir’s warrant of arrest. I believe in what my colleagues as just said: Law is Law. Bashir killed and shed blood of many people. Now the father of the children he killed is expecting him after five months period the indictment will be renewed again. Let bashir come first to hand South to Southerners and hand North to the right person then the law will take its course. bashir says he is militaryman, yet he feared touring the Countries the excute the Rome Statue. What happened to his donor Sadam Hussein will one day touch him. The arabs who are deceiving bashir, they are doing this just because of the Sudan’s revenue.
