July 4, 2011 (KHARTOUM) — Sudan’s oil revenues in the months of April and May exceeded one billion US dollars, the federal ministry of finance announced on Monday, less than one week before the independence of the oil rich South Sudan.

The Ministry of Finance said in a statement released today the share of the central government amounted 569.69 million while the South Sudan government got 396.03 million dollars.

The producing states – Unity, Upper Nile and South Kordofan received a share of 20.04 million US dollars, as the contested area of Abyei received 0.94 million.

The ministry said the apportionment of the net revenue of July will be calculated in August ending the share of oil revenues agreed under the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).

Last week, Pagan Amum, secretary general of South Sudan’s ruling party, the SPLM, accused the federal oil minister of betraying the South by selling and giving half of South Sudan’s oil revenues for the month of July to North Sudan contrary to the CPA agreement which ends the share on July 9.

The minister Akec Deng denied the accusations saying the share was agreed by the South Sudanese leader Salva Kiir.

The two parties of the 2005 peace agreement have so far failed to conclude a deal on the transportation of southern oil after secession. They nonetheless said talks will continue after the independence of South Sudan which will be celebrated on 9 July.

However; the parties decided the south will pays transit fees for the exportation of South Sudan oil through the northern pipeline.

    Dear all,
I am very happy and agree with decision taken by GOSS to extend the invitations to include President Omar Hassen Al Bashir. This is correct because he is the man who accepted to talk and hold on his promises though some promises were broken no way we can celeberate without world hearing his voice, he must acknowledge that the Southern Sudan is an Independent country in the region. Bashir Deserved credit and Thanks than the following:
    1- Ibrahim Abud
    2-Saadiq Al Mahadi 1
    2-Jafar Mohamed Nimeri
    3-Mohamed Ahassen Swaradaab
    4-Saadiq Al Mahadi 2
all failed to listen to south sudanese but Bashir did.
It is the time we say good bye and recognition of the two countries, then start rebuilding the new relationships.

    Thanks
    Augustino

      Dear Agustine.

The people you mentioned did not failed to understand the issue of south sudan but they agree that why they did not have full power on South Sudan and resigned in the simple way to leave the vacant for south sudan to take over but Bashir who is hard minded refused to give our rights.

Until through the pressure from the international community he agree to signed the comprehensive peace agreement that why he is not abid the interim law.

    Dr. Lual Deng,

You shouldn’t be allowed to run that ministry due lack of respect to your colleagues, and your close association with the NCP.

You lost your cool to insult Cde Pagan for your shoddy job of secretly twisted Mr. Kiir arms about the sell of Southern Oil.

Your close ties with the NCP isn’t new as before you defended them vehemently against Global Watch charges that nothing is known about quantity of production and total actual proceeds.

I suspect that you have a deal with Kiir otherwise your frequent visit to the media about your ministry achievement or what others haven’t done betray your conscience that you are out to smear your party and key leaders such as Pagan.

You must pay for your sins Mr. Deng!

I am always saying that our our new nation will not get any developments with Kiir as a president. Kiir see every asset in south sudan as his own, then how can he talk of zero corruption while it is him the one doing it?, illegally selling south oil for enriching himself and his relatives.

You people forget your history so fast.
New SPLA General, Tanginya becomes advisor to US company Jarch.
    Sudantribune:

October 23, 2010 (JUBA) – A former Khartoum backed militia leader, General Gabriel Tanginye, has joined the advisory board of a US-based investment group less than 10 days after joining the SPLA the former rebels who control southern Sudan.

Gabriel Tanginye shakes hands with leading members of the Nuer tribal community in Unity state, Bentiu on October 19, 2010 (AP)

Jarch Management Group Limited, issued a statement, October 21, saying that Tanginye, who has been accused of instigating violence in south Sudan resulting in hundred of deaths, “strengthens” the company’s knowledge of the region.

In 2009 the investment group leased a huge area of Tanginye’s native Jonglei state, in what was Africa’s largest land deal.

Tanginye announced his reconciliation with the SPLA earlier this month in Juba, the capital of southern Sudan, following an amnesty by the region’s President, Salva Kiir Mayardit, to armed groups operating in the south.

Kiir is hoping to unify the region ahead of a self determination referendum in January.

In a press conference on 14 October, Tanginye, announced that his forces, which had previously been incorporated into the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) controlled by the Khartoum government, would integrate with the SPLA.

The SPLA’s 22 year war against successive Khartoum governments ended with a peace deal in 2005.

Under the Comprehensive Peace Agreement the SPLA and SAF became the only legal armed groups in the south.

All other armed groups were given the choice of joining one of the two legal armies or putting down their weapons.

At the time Tinganye chose not to do either and in incidents in 2006 and 2008 was accused of causing violence in Malakal town, capital of Upper Nile state, resulting in the deaths of over 300 people.

Last week upon joining the SPLA, Tinganye said his group was ready to leave behind all past differences and focus on the referendum, which may see the south become and independent country.

In a statement on Thursday Jarch congratulated Tinganye and his forces for joining the SPLA as it would not only strengthen the southern army and make it more cohesive but also strengthen the company.

“For the Company, General Gabriel [Tinganye] further strengthens us. He expands the Company’s knowledge base as he hails from Jonglei state and will give the Company much needed expertise in Jonglei and expand its expertise in Greater Upper Nile,” said Jarch’s 21 October press release.

Jarch shot into the limelight in January 2009, when it acquired a 70% interest in Leac, a company controlled by Gabriel Matip, the eldest the son of SPLA deputy commander-in-chief, Paulino Matip.

Through the deal Jarch leased approximately 400,000 hectares (4,000 square km), an area the size of Dubai, of prime farmland that Matip controls with options to acquire more.

In November 2007 Paulino Matip joined the advisory board of Jarch Management as vice chairman followed by his son in December 2009.

Matip and his militia the South Sudan Defense Forces (SSDF) - ‘an umbrella for a wide range of armed groups generally allied with the SAF’ according to the Small Arms Survey – announced they would integrate into the SPLA in January 2006 as a consequence of the north-south Comprehensive Peace Agreement the year before.

The 2009 deal follows previous land deals with the SSDF.

In September 2006 a SSDF press release ‘reaffirmed the oil contract Agreement with Jarch Management Group, Ltd. For all areas of south Sudan, that SSDF exercises control.’

It further said that:”With the production and sharing agreements that we have signed with Jarch Management Group over the past few years, this company is set to become the largest producer of oil and gas in South Sudan.”

U.S. companies are banned from doing business in Sudan, as the U.S. considers the country a state sponsor of terrorism.

However, agriculture in Southern Sudan is exempt from sanctions provided the Khartoum-based national government does not have any stake in the business and provided that no imports or exports pass through non-exempt areas.

Jarch is chaired by Philippe Heilberg, who during the 1990s worked as a Wall Street banker in the commodities division of American International Group, a giant American financial company that nearly collapsed in 2008.

On 14 January 2009, just after the deal with Matip was announced, the Today programme on BBC Radio 4 broadcast an interview with Heilborg.

He said that Jarch’s special advisors in the SPLA had guaranteed his and the company’s safety to operate in the land he had leased.

“We have a very close relationship with a number of generals including the deputy commander in chief (Paulino Matip) and also the general that actually led the fighting for the south in Abyei, […] General Peter Gadet so I think we are well represented”, he said.

Philippe Heilberg, the chairman of Jarch Management Group, poses with Gen. Peter Gatdet Yaka (photo from Jarch website)

Gadet, an SSDF General like Matip before integrating into the SPLA, fought both with the SPLA against Khartoum and against the SPLA backed by Khartoum at different stages of the north-south civil war.

On the same BBC program, Steve Wiggins, a Research Fellow at the think-tank the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) said the deal raised concerns over land rights.

“The concerns are very clearly first and foremost alienation of the land rights of people who are already there. And particularly some of the marginal and poor people who may not have legal title to their land and these people are obviously vulnerable to losing the means of their livelihoods.”

However, Wiggins said, the foreign takeover of farm land did not necessarily mean poor countries like Sudan would get hungrier. Crop production was often limited by the size of the markets farmers had acces to, he said.

Heilberg, told the 2009 BBC program that he does not see himself as a colonialist.

“I think most of the world has misjudged much of the risk and also much of the reward” of operating in unstable parts of the world like Sudan, Heilberg said.

As well as being able to grow cereals, oil seeds, vegetables and flowers, Jarch, which is registered in the British Virgin Islands has the sole oil and uranium exploratory and exploitation rights to the area.

“We’re going to go to the grass roots […] to the tribal leader. We’re going to go to the people that actually live on the land and strike deals with them.”

In 2006 an SSDF statement said that the deal with Jarch was needed as: ‘The current arrangement in South Sudan predominated by one-party and one-ethnic group could to produce a civil war.’

The area, which Jarch have leased for a 30-40 year period is predominantly of the Nuer tribe - the second largest ethnic group in southern Sudan after the Dinka.

As well as Paulino Matip and Peter Gadet, Tinganye follows other senior southern politicians onto Jarch’s pay role:

Riek Machar, South Sudan’s Vice President has also been on the Jarch advisory board.

In 1991, Machar led the split of the SPLA by attempting to wrestle power from the movement’s leader John Garang.

The coup failed with the SPLA splitting mainly along ethnic lines and in 2002 Machar rejoined the SPLA.

In 2005 he was made the south’s Vice President, by Salva Kiir, who assumed the positions of First Vice President of Sudan, President of Southern Sudan and leader of the SPLA after Garang’s death in a helicopter crash.

Gulwak Deng, formerly the Upper Nile Governor, has also served on Jarch’s advisory board.

It is widely expected that the south will vote to separate from the north in January’s referendum: a view it appears Jarch share.

In December 2009, while welcoming Paulino Matip’s son Gabriel onto it’s board of advisors a Jarch statement said:

"Gabriel has extensive knowledge of the Southern Sudanese system and will help the Company work in South Sudan both prior to its independence and after South Sudan achieves its independence."

      Sam Eto,
Stop worrying about anyone coming to South, South Sudan have the choice to choose who they want to have business with.

You should be worrying about yourself in the north and how you will survive for the rest of life without South Sudan.

Go and lecture your people in the north of what they forgot and what they didn’t! By the way shouldn’t you suppose to change your name by now because you just look and sound ridiculous with that name?

Your name doesn’t have to look and sounds like a southerner to be taken serious or respected! Just called yourself Mohammad and we will still take you seriously!

All of your government officials, generanls and leaders are corrupt and cheats. They sold your land, oil and dignity for their own interests. Watch how all these American, Zionist companies will come and grab everything you own the minute South Sudan becomes an ’independant’ state. The GOSS has already sold 10% of your land to one company in Norway, who knows how much was sold to the Americans. Maybe that was what Riek Machar was referring to in $500 Billion investment - looks like he was promised that earlier. But i think someone tricked you Mr. machar and your peoples are going to suffer.

I pitty all of you - so much for independence !

        Sam.to,

Can you hold back for a minute your jealousy about the future of South Sudan? I know it can never happen in the North to attract foreign investment of 500 billion dollars because of your bad records with the IMF.

We in South will be lucky and use the opportunity to attract investors. All the richest countries in the world get richer through foreign direct investment as envisioned by Vice President Dr. Riek Machar.

It is very smart way to develoment and transfer of technology. They can build our infrastructures, employ our people and we repay them in 30 years or so and surrender back to us our infrastructures. By then we would have gained every thing from them.

That will also limit corruption. It is not like borrowing money from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) or the World Bank and then the official thieves steal them. The investments will directly be managed by the companies investing in South Sudan while the government will regulate and supervise them. In that way the South will become like Western world in a very short period of time.

Do we still have South Sudanese that are still blaming Dr. Lual Deng of the corrupt scandal? You have heard from Akech Deng. Dictor implements the orders of president Kiir. Who will again accuse him of corrupt scandal, a part from those with personal hatred against him. South Sudanese, Dr Lual is the most trusted man in the GOSS, if we talk of corrup practices. He does not want to always visit media for his fame or prestige.

Pagan career will soon come to an end. Because he accuses president knowingly, thinking of destorying Dr. Lual’s reputation while he fails in Elephane’s hooves. Twic East is the free community in term of corruption in the entire south Sudan. They fought for it and they want to harvest what they planted.

The comming South Sudan does not need to be governed by too much empty words of mouth but throught development and peace.

Sorry Mr Mapek: I am very sorry to Discover that up to now still we have blind people like you, who still believe in old fashion leader like corrupt uncle Dr Lual , I doubt if such old leaders like Dr lual still can serve the interest of south Sudan people, out of his wealthy experience in corruption, comrades let us ask our selves, why we youth of today allow our selves to be misused by our old fashion leaders?, who already prove them selves incapable to manage South.
For more about former world Bank expatriate, our President, and pagan scandals, please pass through below is my comment to article titled ‘Sudan’s oil minister accuses top SPLM official of embezzlement’ on Sudan tribune dated 3/7/2011.

      Hello Comrades:
Enough is enough; we have to rebel against these groups of criminal thugs holding government. Unfortunately we Dinka are the majority within the corrupt leaders of south Sudan ( we can’t longer deny this fact) , my conscience can’t bear more than that, at the beginnings I was worried, why non Dinka are criticizing us that way?? as a most corrupt tribe in the south, although any south Sudanese know how much we had paid as Dinka tribe to reach this destination, nevertheless now I got convince that we Dinka are not capable to lead South Sudan, unless people of South Sudan need us Dinka to turn south Sudan into chaose more than what we are. We are the causers of any anarchy in south to mention few corruption, insecurity, nepotism, and the list continue, I urge people of south Sudan specially non Dinka, and some Dinka people who are not involve in corruption to stand up and fight these criminal hooligans in order to put our nascent state into right direction.
I know many of my brothers will try to deny all these facts, for this reasons I have to mentioned some examples of our corrupt SPLM:
      1) His Excellency federal minister for petroleum Dr Lual Achuek Deng:
I don’t have to talk a lot about our uncle Lual, we as greater Bor we knew what he was doing during past five years; from arms he brought from NCP to chaos he made betweens our two peaceful clans, let alone his Scandals since he was a State minister of finance in federal government, and currently as a state minister of petroleum, for your information he was also involved in the scandal of 10 million USD he mentioned above, but cause he didn’t get what he suppose to get that is why he reveal it out follow this case on Saliva Scandals bellow. I know because he is a Dinka man, in spite of all corruption he did including his support to NCP (Jalaba he maintain his position as a minister in most sensitive post of SPLM in the government of national unity; Imagine if Dr Lual is not a Dinka man, What would have happen to him????
      2) President Saliva Kiir Mayer dit: The head of the muggers, many blind Dinka keep supporting Mr Kiir cause he is a dinka man, although majority of us know that he is not capable enough like our late Hero Dr Garang to rule South Sudan, of cause Salva is very corrupt, 100% corrupt, I just bait 100 SDG to any body who can convince me that he is not corrupt, to mentioned few what Salva involve in:
      A) The Scandal of 10 million USD for reserve fuel of South Sudan which our Excellency Dr Lual mentioned was allocated to unregistered company call T-ALFA owned by our president ‘s drunkard wife ( first Lady of South Sudan State) in fact most of the fuel was transported up to juba River port by barges, than from there transit to Congo. no body can ask about that, lion is behind all this, even members of parliament are scaring to rise this issue up. Imagine that is before Salva achieve his absolute powers of draft transitional constitution, than imagine to your self what will happen if he gains that powers????
      B) Bol Mel Salva Nephew the Dinosaur of ministry of finance, you can’t do any kind of business with south Sudan Government without consent of BOL MEL, you have to know that Bol Mel is the only South Sudanese who has a privilege to get his usual unrealistic bills payment prompt from government of south Sudan, and minister of finance has to get consent of Bol Mel when there is any contract to be award. For those who don’t know Bol Mel, he is an ordinary south Sudanese youth , up to 2006 he was one of the junior stuff of WFP, all of a sadden in 2007 he started simultaneously his huge project of home and away in addition to other corrupted businesses, just if we ask BOl Mel a simple question (how you get all these wealth in this short time??).
People of South Sudan now can imagine how far our president is corrupt this is just samples of his involvement in government contracts, leave alone other sectors.
      3) Pagan:
Although Pagan is not a Dinka man but he has adapted our culture and the evidence is clear he is not longer accepted in his tribe. Yes he is corrupt, has involved in SPLM investments Scandals as mentioned, and in corruption within his ministry (Referendum mobilisation donors fund) .
In conclusion I want to repeat saying enough is enough, it is now time to fight all type of corruption, my warning goes to comrades who always keep defending our corrupt government that, any denial of above mentioned scandals will provoke me, and will lead me to release more scandals.

      Thanks

Mr Garang Lual, the down article is my article of the same accussation labell against Pagan by Oil Minister Dr. Lual Deng.

    5 July 09:03, by mapek
Hi Guys, I have been reading your comments since the posting of this article. First I congratulate Dr. Lual Deng for his reaction, hence revealing all the mention corrupt practices. To me, Dr Deng is the best leader I have ever heard. Reasons: he does not forget the vision of his leader Dr. John after his shocking death in 2005. He still telling the South Sudanese to still following the new Sudan vision despite Garang’s death. The strategies or tactices of achieving that vision is still SPLM task not his as a member of the party, SPLM. Are South Sudenese different with Jesus disciples now. Some disciples forget Jesus vision when he dies. Also, talking of New Sudan Vision silence the NCP. We would have done that and already know the plan for South Sudanese people.

Guy, if Dr John is alive, what phase would South Sudanese have been? We simply choose South Sudan vision because we see our leaders as the weakest individuals. They cannot simply acheive the New Sudan Vision if we go for it. Is that the problem of the individal that voice for unity?

Dr. Lual is the true nationist. When he is appointed to the position of the minister of State finance. He manages to handle the right of South Sudanese. The 50% budget agrees in the wealth sharing protocol comes on time, as exactly 50%. That why he is appointed again as a oil minister in 2010 in order to give South Sudanese their share as gree in weath sharing protocol. Dr. Deng did it. That why President Kiir trust him more than any other politician in the South. The president knows that he is pure in heart because he is from Twic East Dinka. The most trusted and visionary people in the entire nation of South Sudan.

Dr. Lual has fought the war of the libration in many fronts. He helps to finance the SPLA start from 1993 till 2005. He phones Dr. John Garang in 1985 in US after completing his two masters to join the movement, but Dr. John refuses. Telling him to complete his PhD and look for job in World Bank in order to gain more experiences. Hence, helping New Sudan people later after independence in money’s management. Dr. John save the man to show South Sudanese how to manage money, transparancy, democracy and development. Dr. Lual opens distance learning in 1996 till 2005. In which Dr. Majak Agoot attains his PhD, James Hoh Mai finishs his masters, Bor Ajang, Gier Chang Aluong and many more. He opens ZiamZiam port in Jonglei and now intiating building of peace city Gediang. If he is corrupt, why he didn’t use all the money of these projects for his own benefit.

Guys, some people and communities are now enjoying the blood of other people and communities why the do not participate in the war nor they fight in different fronts. Dr. Lual community likewise to their family participate much in the war. Dr. Lual community fights with Dr. Riek’s malitia in Bakarawin alone till defeating nuer malitias. His brother Dut Achuek is wounded in 1987 in Kormakuach and his brother Ajak Achuek is killed by Nyuon Bany in Magwi in 1992. His community now has 55 wounded, without legs and hands. He has right to be in any GOSS or GONU position to protect their rights compare to Pagan which even has no single kin or kith that dies in the movement.

Wangulei case, as narrate by some fool like Garang Lual that Dr. Lual is the cause. He is not and you will get it soon because this case is now in the State High Court, Jonglei. If Dr. Lual is the initiator then you all south Sudnese will hear. This crisis is used by its initiators as a tool to dismantle Dr. Lual politicla carrer but it will not. Because those initiators have their vision that ends in Wangulei.

Dr. Lual will soon be in Juba parliament. All these corrupt officials will see. He start with Pagan and he will come one by one. The 12000 soldiers(Koryom) from greater Bor do not die in vain. Any corrupt officials, Mps, commissioners and minister will be disclosed by Dinka Twic East. Because they are the pillars of South Sudan and any corrupt practices will not be tolerated.

Guys, Dr. Lual didn’t go to Oil Ministery to eat. He has more wealth before the starts of the movement in 1983. When the war starts, he works in different departments in the united States. That money are the ones that he rearms the SPLA in 1993 till 2005. Are the wealths use to build Maridi college in 1996. Dr. Deng comes Sudan to help his people. As he mentions in his responds to Pagan’s accusations that he is authorised by the president to let the North takes 48% of the July’s share. Some fool take it as the whole South Sudan oil.

People, there is no agreement reached now between the SPLM and NCP. Still 50% that is agreed in wealth sharing protocol is the one that Mr President and oil Minister implement.

In conclusion, Pagan is the one that let NCP behave arrogantly. For example, like the attrocities they commit in Abyei. He say thing he does not think about it first. South Sudanese, let us unit and forget the political assissination use by Pagan and Dr. Lual Deng. Pagan will loss because he also accusses President Kiir. He politically announces this false scandal to destroy president’s reputation. Pagan do not joke with Dinka Twic East.

Let me say condolences in advance to people of South Sudan if our present corrupt leaders are still enjoying defence support from blind people like Mapek. I don’t know where to start my response to Mr Mapek, but allow me to remind you that, although our ancestors of stone age were lacking sort of opportunities we have today, but at least they were enjoying natural wisdom in analysing and taking right decision on issue pertaining their life.
Readers imagine Mr Mapek is living with us in 21st century and still his analysis capacity is below level of our Stone Age ancestors, Mr Mapek because of your block mind that is why you think by revealing Akech Deng words ‘ Doctor implements the orders of president Kiir. Who will again accuse him of corrupt scandal?’
Very sorry my brother, do you think Salva Kiir is an angle or a saint? Please I need more clarification on your aim of quoting Akich Deng words, and before rushing to make your clarification please try your best to pass through and understand my comment above.
But if you aim to convince me that your uncle and our president are free from corruption scandals, that means you’re up normal or may be as Upoton Sinclair (in Al Gore 2006:266-267) said : ‘It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends up on his not understand it’ because such people like you who depends on corrupt money can offer his live to defend a corrupt leader like your uncle Dr Lual.
Mapek I have to ask you a simple question, please why you’re so proud more than normal by using title of doctor to your uncle, like to be a doctor could qualify someone to be an angle or saint, did you know that the most criminal gangs in the world are high profile educated and intelligent people? If you don’t know let me take mafia gangs as an example to you and you have to know that criminals always advance to security organs.
So I just want to advise you that, calling your uncle with the title of doctor on a such situation like where he is now, doesn’t justify that he is not a corrupt, instead could turn back to him negatively that may be he has utilized his intellectual capabilities in corruption conspiracies against resources and interest of people of South Sudan.

Garang Lual, firstly, I am not defending on oil money. I am now pursuing my studies in different part of the World. Please do not joke with westerners’ minds. They dwell on development first and salary later. Good example of Western’s minds is with Nhial Deng Nhial, Malok Aleng, Marial Benjimin and Dr. Lual Deng. These are the most free politicians if we talk of corruption practices.

Garang, I think you lack critical thinking which, is the best methodology use by the best academicians. You say we want to give window of opportunity to the people without experiences. Expereince is the best thing in job rather than academic. These great politicains need to teach us on how to do job. Then later take over.

Garang Lual, you just accuse Dr. Lual of corrupt scandal without even mentioning one of them. The false accussation that is labelled on Dr. Lual is already clearified by him and Akech, and even President Kiir accept the deal. If you are a good judge, who is the victim in this civil case? President Kiir accept the deal because of many reasons that I do not know. If you want to know much about the deal then ask president Kiir. He will tell you more.

Please Garang, if you know other corrupt scandal on Doctor Lual then file new corrupt case on him.

‘Good example of Western’s minds is with Nhial Deng Nhial, Malok Aleng, Marial Benjimin and Dr. Lual Deng’ Mapek above comment
Mr. Mapek am sorry because I wasted my precious time in commenting on your idiot ideas. You don’t deserve such kind of valuable comments I offered you. Idiot, puppet of old fashion politicians, do you know that people like Nhal Deng are very corrupt owning big houses in UK, his family is living a luxury life in London on expense of our poor Southerners, Nhal himself is a permanent resident of hotels in juba although he has allocated government house, did you know Nhal become SPLA minister on riding clan politics not even tribal one (remember how KIIr over night changed his mind and replace our alive hero Kual Manyang Juuk with your greedy Salva Kiir clan’s man Molana Nhal).
‘These great politicains need to teach us on how to do job. Then later take over’ Mapek above comment
Mapek I eagerly want to know where you are proceeding with your studies, and what level are you doing, because I feel suspicious on your being a student , cause in fact I didn’t experience to get a student who has low scope ambitions like yours, I don’t know why you think very local like this, putting old fashion leaders to be your samples, while today’s world offering the best , did you hear about might be your age mates those of Obama, David Cameron, and etc? then if you did so, why are you wasting your time experiencing corruption techniques from your corrupt uncles? Please Mapek don’t follow those uncle of yours cause what they are doing soon will be out dated and I scare if you continue with them you will also end up outdated .

Garang Lual, if you want to know my residency then take the way I analyse things. To disclose it to you, I am in the West. Garang, there is no word such as old fashion in politic. The best politicians are the individuals that focuse on peace and development like the politicians I mention in my second comment.

Political replacement of Kuol Manyang with Nhial Deng to the ministry of SPLA affairs is the good idea, because Kuol is needed to do good thing in Jonglei State as he is doing now. Garang, I think you have heard the corrupt scandals committed by Kuol Manyang with in this year, 2011. The man is not trusted since the inception of the movement in 1983. He had murdered many comrades in the movement. And he is the one that cause Wangulei problem in 1987, when he says Wangulei is for Ayuaal which, Dachuek disputes. He will be accountable for the lives of 27 people that are lossed in Wangulei too.

Garang, if you want the position of some one, you need to remain calm, hence, develop good relationship. If you start with hatred to your boss, you will loss on the way. I think you need political counseling.

Sorry Mr Mapek I don’t blieve that, to be a leader I should have to be a pupet to someone, so I can’t behave that way, my conscience and reputation will not allow me to be a puppet of a corrupt leader like Dr Lual.
I beleive that to be a good leader I have to stand up and fight what ever against the interest of our people and appreciate what ever inline with interest of our people, not to embrace corrupt politicians to be my great examples.
Mapek tell me all corruption scandals that you allige Koul Manyang has involved in, than I will show you what ever you don’t know about your corrupt uncles.
