Now where this oil companies will be going , if South, Sudan decide to shut down the oil operation in the Higlig area for any reason, will they be willing to sign a new contrack with Juba, or we fire them and bring in the American Oil companies? If the Chinese and other oil companies are not putting in the system of emission to protect the civil population from pollution, like what they have already done in the are like Ruweng County, there are unknown diseases that claim life in the area, that are likely and for sure caused by the fuel diseases related cause, this could be the reponsibility of Juba to hold this oils companies accountable.
