The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement - Democratic Change (SPLM-DC) is South Sudan’s official opposition holding the most seats in the National Legislative Assembly after the ruling SPLM.
The party was founded by Lam Akol in June 2009 to compete in the 2010 Sudanese General Elections against the ruling SPLM.
