Sudan

The Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) have used their monopoly on air power in the Darfur conflict since 2003 and while fighting rebels in Blue Nile and South Kordofan since 2011.

South Sudan

Sudan has also been accused of bombing its neighbour South Sudan, by Juba and the UN Mission in South Sudan. Khartoum has always denied the charge, saying it has only bombed rebel positions within its own territory.
